Srinagar: The Jammu & Kashmir Board of Professional Entrance Examinations (J&K BOPEE) has officially released Notification No. 173-BOPEE of 2025, announcing the online choice filling and counselling schedule for NEET PG 2025 (MD/MS/PG Diploma) admissions.
According to the notification, the online choice filling will begin on 20 November 2025 (2:00 PM) and will remain open till 23 November 2025 (midnight).
Revised Provisional Merit List Released
The Board has issued a Revised Provisional Merit List (PML) and an updated Difficult Area beneficiary list after reviewing objections and cases related to inclusion of DA (Difficult Area) marks.
Two candidates were added to the Difficult Area category after verification.
The revised PML and DA list are available on the official BOPEE website.

Candidates With Deficiencies Allowed Provisionally
Candidates who failed to clear specific deficiencies such as Date of Birth, NEET Score Card, etc. by the earlier deadline (31-10-2025) have been provisionally allowed to participate in the counselling process.
However, they must submit all required documents at the time of admission, failing which their seat will be cancelled.
Candidates with deficiencies like Domicile, State Registration, or MCI Registration must clear their documents by 23 November 2025 to get their choice-filling link unlocked.

Reserved Category Candidates Without Valid Documents
Candidates under Reserved Categories/Sub-categories who failed to upload valid certificates by the deadline will be treated under Open Merit, provided they meet eligibility norms.
Some ineligible candidates have been rejected from their respective categories as per Board rules.
Counselling Fee Mandatory
All participating candidates must pay the non-refundable counselling fee of ₹2000.
Those who fail to pay will not be considered for seat allotment under any circumstances.

- Carefully read the e-Information Brochure and counselling guidelines before submitting choices.
- The Seat Matrix will be published on the official website before the start of choice filling.
- Candidates are advised not to use mobile phones or tablets while filling their preferences to avoid errors.
- All rules and conditions mentioned in previous BOPEE notifications remain unchanged.
