Eligibility Criteria
- Age Limit: No age limit for admission to PG (MD/MS) courses.
- Educational Qualification: MBBS degree or a recognised certificate from the National Medical Commission (NMC).
- Internship: One-year internship completed, or the original certificate held, on or before 30 September 2026.
- Registration Certificate: Permanent or provisional MBBS registration certificate issued by the NMC.
- Nationality: Must be a citizen of India.
- Domicile: Rajasthan domicile (or eligibility under bona fide Rajasthan domicile rules) required for state-quota seats.

Step-by-Step Registration
- Visit the official portal: education.rajasthan.gov.in (state counselling-specific portal to be notified).
- Click “Application – Part I” and fill in your name, mobile number, and basic details.
- Receive your login ID and password via SMS/email.
- Log in and enter personal and educational details, including college name and NEET PG marks.
- Return to the homepage, click “Candidate Login,” and complete the remaining sections.
- Upload documents (photograph, marksheets, ID proof, etc.) in the prescribed format.
- Pay the application fee and, later, the refundable security deposit before choice filling.
Counselling Rounds
- Online Registration – opens after MCC AIQ Round 1 closes.
- Choice Filling & Locking – select preferred course-college combinations in priority order.
