The Jammu and Kashmir Board of Professional Entrance Examinations (JKBOPEE) has announced the schedule for online registration of NEET PG 2025 qualified candidates from the Union Territories of J&K and Ladakh. The registration process, which will run from September 23, 2025 (11:00 AM) to September 27, 2025 (midnight) through www.jkbopee.gov.in, is aimed at preparing the Provisional UT Merit List (PUTML) for MD, MS, and PG Diploma admissions under the 50% UT quota seats.

Eligibility & Cut-off Scores
Candidates who qualified NEET PG 2025, as declared by NBEMS, can register if they meet the following category-wise minimum cut-off scores:

- MBBS Degree Certificate
- State/UT Medical Council or MCI Registration
- Internship Completion Certificate (up to 31-07-2025)
- Domicile Certificate of J&K or Ladakh
- Valid Category/EWS Certificate (if applicable)
- NEET PG 2025 Scorecard
- NMC/MCI clearance for foreign MBBS degree holders
- NOC from Competent Authority for in-service candidates
- Service Bond (mandatory for Ladakh candidates)

- Create an account: Enter your NEET PG roll number, score details, and personal information.
- Fill the online application form: Provide academic details, category, and other required fields carefully.
- Upload documents: Scan and upload all mandatory certificates (MBBS degree, internship certificate, domicile, scorecard, etc.).
- Review and submit: Double-check all details before final submission.
- Take a printout: Save and print the confirmation page for future reference.
Important Instructions
- Incomplete registrations or failure to upload documents by the deadline will lead to disqualification from counselling.
- Only registered and document-verified candidates will be eligible for counselling and seat allotment.
- In-service candidates will be provisionally allowed to register but can join the allotted institution only after submitting the required NOC.
