NBEMS ensured strict measures for a smooth and secure exam process to maintain the trust of medical graduates. Over 2,200 faculty members from medical colleges and NBEMS-accredited hospitals were engaged to monitor the conduct of the exam and enforce a zero-tolerance policy against unfair practices.
To ensure law and order, cyber security, and uninterrupted power supply at all centres, NBEMS sought support from the Chief Secretaries, DGPs, district administrations, and police departments across all states. Additionally, the Board collaborated with the Indian Cybercrime Coordination Centre (I4C), Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA), deploying around 300 cyber commandos at sensitive centres to prevent cheating.
NBEMS also set up a real-time monitoring system, with over 200 personnel watching live CCTV feeds from all test centres. Senior faculty, deans, directors, and NBEMS governing body members formed flying squads to visit exam centres and add an extra layer of security. Mobile signal jammers were installed at all centres to block unauthorized communications.
