Lucknow: The Directorate of Medical Education and Training (DMET), Uttar Pradesh, has started the online registration process for Round 1 of UP NEET PG Counselling 2025 today. Candidates who have qualified NEET PG 2025 can now register through the official website- upneet.gov.in.
As per the official schedule, applicants must complete registration, pay the counselling fee, and submit their documents online within the stipulated deadline. The counselling process is being conducted for admission to MD, MS, Diploma, and DNB courses offered by medical colleges across Uttar Pradesh under State Quota and Private Quota seats.
Steps to Register for UP NEET PG 2025 Round 1:
- Visit the official website- upneet.gov.in
- Click on the “PG Counselling 2025” link
- Register using NEET PG roll number and other details
- Pay the registration and security deposit fees
- Fill in and lock college preferences after verification
The merit list of registered candidates will be released after document verification, followed by the choice filling and seat allotment process.

- NEET PG 2025 Rank Card / Score Card
- MBBS Degree / Provisional Certificate
- MBBS Mark Sheets (All Years)
- Internship Completion Certificate
- Permanent / Provisional Registration Certificate (NMC/SMC)
- High School Certificate (Proof of Date of Birth)
- Caste Certificate (if applicable)
- Domicile Certificate of Uttar Pradesh (for state quota)
- Photo ID Proof (Aadhaar / PAN / Passport)
- Passport-size Photographs
