New Delhi: The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has released an important notice regarding the mandatory original documents required at the time of joining the allotted Medical College/Institute for NEET PG 2025 admissions. Candidates must carry all required certificates in original, failing which they will not be allowed to take admission.
Below is the official list of essential documents candidates must present during reporting.

NEET PG college reporting required certificates
- Allotment Letter issued by MCC
- Admit Card issued by NBE
- Result/Rank Letter issued by NBE
- High School/Higher Secondary Certificate or Birth Certificate (Proof of Date of Birth)
- MBBS Mark Sheets – 1st, 2nd & 3rd Professional
- MBBS Degree Certificate / Provisional Degree Certificate
- Internship Completion Certificate
- OR a certificate from Head of Institution confirming internship completion by 31 July 2025
- Permanent / Provisional Registration Certificate
- Issued by MCI/NMC or State Medical Council
- Provisional registration acceptable only for candidates completing internship by 31 July 2025
- Valid Photo ID Proof (any one):
- PAN Card / Driving License / Voter ID / Passport / Aadhaar Card

Category Certificates (If Applicable)
- SC/ST Certificate
- Issued by competent authority
- In English or Hindi
- Sub-caste clearly mentioned
- Translated copy must be certified by a Gazetted Officer
- EWS Certificate (Central Government Format)
- Income based on FY ending 31 March 2025
- Must be in English or Hindi
- OBC-NCL Certificate (Central List Only)
- Sub-caste must match NCBC Central List
- Not belonging to Creamy Layer
- Certificate in prescribed MCC format
- Income based on FY ending 31 March 2025
- PwD Disability Certificate
- ONLY from MCC-designated Disability Centers
- For 21 Benchmark Disabilities as per RPwD Act 2016
- No other disability certificate will be accepted
- NRI/OCI Candidates
- Must carry the same original documents as submitted via email to MCC

Important Note -No Admission Without Original Certificates
- Candidates must bring all original documents for verification.
- Those who bring a certificate stating that their originals are deposited at another institute will NOT be allowed admission.
- Document requirements may vary by institute; candidates must confirm with their allotted college before reporting.
Why This Notice Is Important?
Every year, several candidates lose their allotted seats due to incomplete documentation. MCC has clearly stated that no exceptions will be made regarding original certificates. Candidates are advised to prepare their document folder well in advance of reporting.
