UP NEET PG 2025: The Directorate of Medical Education and Training (DMET), Uttar Pradesh has released an important notice regarding UP NEET PG 2025 counselling. As per the official notification, candidates admitted through Round 1 and Round 2 of online counselling have been given a final opportunity to surrender their allotted seats within the stipulated timeline.
According to the notice, candidates who wish to withdraw or surrender their admission must complete the process online through the designated nodal centre only. The seat surrender facility will remain available until 5:00 PM on February 4, 2026. Any request made after the deadline or through offline/other modes will not be accepted under any circumstances.
The authority has clearly stated that candidates must be physically present at the concerned nodal centre to complete the formalities related to seat surrender. Only after completing the required verification and procedures at the nodal centre will the seat surrender be considered valid.
Failure to comply with the stated deadline and procedure may result in forfeiture of the opportunity to surrender the seat.
