The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) has officially declared the result of NEET-MDS 2026 for admission to Master of Dental Surgery (MDS) courses for the 2026-27 academic session. Candidates who appeared for the examination can now check their scores and ranks on the official NBEMS website.
NEET-MDS 2026 was conducted on May 2, 2026, for admission to various MDS programmes across India. Along with the results, NBEMS has also released the category-wise qualifying cut-off scores.
NEET-MDS 2026 Cut-Off Scores
According to the official notice, the qualifying criteria and cut-off scores out of 960 are as follows:

Scorecards Available from June 10
NBEMS has informed candidates that individual scorecards will be available for download on or after June 10, 2026, through the official website. The scorecards will remain available for download for six months only. Candidates are advised to download and preserve their scorecards for future admission and counselling purposes.
The board also clarified that scorecards are system-generated documents and can only be accessed through candidates’ login credentials. Requests to receive scorecards via email or after the specified download period will not be entertained.
Full Marks Awarded for Incorrect Questions
NBEMS stated that every question in the NEET-MDS 2026 paper was reviewed by subject experts after the examination. Candidates were awarded full marks for any questions found to be technically incorrect, irrespective of whether they attempted those questions or not.
Merit List and Counselling
The final merit list and category-wise merit lists for State Quota seats will be prepared separately by respective states and union territories according to their reservation policies and eligibility criteria.
NBEMS further stated that candidature remains provisional and subject to fulfilment of all eligibility conditions mentioned in the NEET-MDS 2026 Information Bulletin.

Important Advisory for Candidates
Candidates have been warned that if any unfair means are detected during the examination process, strict penal action may be taken by NBEMS, MCC, or the counselling authority. In such cases, the candidature and results of the candidate may be cancelled.
