This will be the first time NBEMS publishes an answer key for NEET PG, following a Supreme Court directive on evaluation transparency.

What the NEET PG 2026 Answer Key Will Show

Unlike a standard downloadable PDF, the NEET PG answer key will be accessible only through each candidate’s individual applicant login, not as a public document. It will display:

• Question ID numbers for each question attempted
• The correct answer key ID against each question
• The response ID the candidate marked
• The score awarded per question, based on the marking scheme

Why This Release Is Significant

• NBEMS has never previously published an answer key or response sheet for NEET PG.
• The move follows a Supreme Court order directing the board to publish raw scores, the answer key issuance policy and the normalisation method used in result preparation.
• NEET PG 2026 consisted of 180 questions worth 720 marks, with four marks awarded for each correct answer and one mark deducted for each incorrect answer.
