Uttarakhand NEET PG 2026 Round 1 Allotment List Result Out

The Uttarakhand Centralised Counselling Board for NEET PG 2026 has released the provisional Round 1 seat allotment result for MD, MS, PG Diploma and DNB courses. The notice, issued by Hemwati Nandan Bahuguna Uttarakhand Medical Education University (HNBUMU), Dehradun, is dated November 3, 2026. The board approved the result at its meeting that day under the chairmanship of the Vice-Chancellor.

Who Got Seats in Round 1?

The provisional broad sheet lists 1,021 candidates in the state counselling. According to the list:

• About 304 candidates were allotted seats: around 160 in the state quota and around 144 in the all-india quota seats of colleges in Uttarakhand.
• 668 candidates show “Seat not available as per merit and choices”.
• 46 candidates did not fill any choices.

The list shows the state rank, NEET roll number, NEET rank, domicile, category, final marks, the candidate’s choices and the college and course allotted. State rank 1 (NEET rank 32,789) was allotted MD General Medicine at Government Medical College, Haldwani in the state quota.

• Himalayan Institute of Medical Sciences, Dehradun
• Shri Guru Ram Rai Institute of Medical and Health Sciences, Dehradun

NRI Quota Round 1 Result

A separate provisional broad sheet for NRI candidates has also been released. It lists 13 candidates:

• 6 were allotted seats, all at Shri Guru Ram Rai Institute of Medical and Health Sciences, Dehradun, in the NRI quota. The courses were General Medicine (2), Dermatology, Radiodiagnosis (2) and Orthopaedics.
• 6 show “Seat not available as per merit and choices”.
• 1 filled no choices.

The NRI allotment is based on the Uttarakhand NEET PG NRI merit list, the choices filled and the security money deposited.

What the Board Has Said

• Check your result carefully. Candidates should verify every detail. If there is a discrepancy, they must email the board at ukneetcounselling@gmail.com by 2:00 PM on November 4, 2026. After that, the result will be finalised.
• The result is provisional and indicative. It can change and gives no right or claim to the allotted seat.
• No court challenge. The notice says the provisional result cannot be challenged in a court of law.
• Allotment follows merit and choices. It is based on the Uttarakhand NEET PG merit list, the choices filled, and the security money deposited as per NMC guidelines.
• Data is subject to verification. The allotted college will check the original documents at the time of admission.
• Missing documents mean cancellation. If a candidate cannot produce the original documents for eligibility or reservation, the admission is cancelled.
• In-service candidates of the Provincial Medical and Health Services (PMHS) must produce the original NOC or weightage certificate from the competent authority at admission.

Affidavit Required at Admission

Candidates must submit a notarised affidavit on non-judicial stamp paper of Rs 100 in the board’s format at the time of admission in the allotted college. In the affidavit, the candidate declares that:

• All documents, certificates and claims are true and genuine.
• No fake or forged document was used for the domicile, category or sub-category certificate, or for the MBBS admission.
• If any document is found to be fake or false, the admission will be cancelled without refund or compensation, and legal action can be taken.
• The candidate is solely responsible for the authenticity of the documents.

Any candidate found submitting forged or fabricated documents at any stage loses the right to admission, and the provisional allotment is cancelled at once.

What Candidates Should Do

1. Check the provisional result on the official counselling portal.
2. Report any error by email before 2:00 PM on November 4, 2026.
3. Download the seat allotment letter after 4:00 PM on November 4, 2026.
4. Keep the original documents and the notarised affidavit ready for admission at the allotted college.
5. Follow the university website, www.hnbumu.ac.in, for the admission schedule and other updates.
