The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) has announced that pass certificates for the FMGE June 2025 exam will be given in person at its office in Dwarka, New Delhi.
Candidates who passed the exam held on July 26, 2025, can collect their certificates between September 16 and October 15, 2025. To enter the office, they must download the entry slip from the NBEMS website and visit on the date mentioned in the slip.
Important Instructions for Candidates
NBEMS has issued specific guidelines that all candidates must follow while collecting their pass certificates:
- The certificates will be handed over only to the candidate in person. Authorised representatives or any third party will not be permitted under any circumstances.
- The candidates must bring the original documents as mentioned in the FMGE information bulletin, along with the duly filled self-declaration form attached to the entry slip.
- Entry to the office will only be allowed with the printed entry slip.
- Identity verification through biometrics and face ID will be carried out before issuing the certificate.
NBEMS has further clarified that pass certificates will not be issued if the candidate fails to produce the required original documents or the completed self-declaration form.
Candidates who are unable to collect certificates on time must apply for a revised date after October 15, 2025, through the NBEMS Communication Web Portal (CWP) with prior approval.
