Pandit Bhagwat Dayal Sharma University of Health Sciences (UHSR), Rohtak has officially released the revised physical document verification schedule for Round-1 NEET PG Counselling 2025. This verification is mandatory for candidates allotted seats in MD, MS, DNB, Diploma, Post MBBS DNB and Post MBBS Diploma courses in all Government, Government-aided, Private Unaided, and Private University medical colleges in Haryana.
According to the notice, only candidates who have been provisionally allotted seats and successfully deposited their provisional tuition fee can participate in the offline verification process.

Important Instructions for Candidates
- Candidates must appear in person for physical verification.
- Failure to attend will lead to cancellation of candidature.
- Original certificates and all relevant documents must be presented — no undertaking for missing documents will be accepted.
- Candidates must follow all guidelines as per Government of Haryana notifications dated 15.09.2025 and 10.11.2025.
- UHSR and DMER will not be responsible for any transaction failure while depositing tuition fees.
