Important Instructions for Candidates
- Candidates editing their choice filling must lock their preferences again using OTP, otherwise, previously locked choices will be considered for allotment.
- It is mandatory to exercise the “Upgradation Option (YES/NO)” at the time of admission at the college level.
- The upgradation option can be edited at the candidate login till 22 November 2025 (11:59 PM).
How to Apply for MP NEET PG 2025 Counselling
Candidates who have qualified NEET PG 2025 and wish to participate in the Madhya Pradesh state counselling can follow these steps:
- Visit the official website– Go to dme.mponline.gov.in.
- Click on “NEET PG Counselling 2025” under the latest notifications section.
- Register online by entering your NEET PG Roll Number, Date of Birth, and other details.
- Create a profile and fill in personal, academic, and contact information carefully.
- Upload required documents, such as NEET PG scorecard, MBBS degree, internship certificate, and ID proof.
- Pay the registration fee online using a debit/credit card or net banking.
- Verify details and submit the application form.
- Edit profile or registration details (if needed) before the deadline.
- Once registered, wait for the merit list and proceed with choice filling and locking as per schedule
