NBEMS Adopts NMC PwBD Guidelines for PG Admission 2026

The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) has adopted the guidelines issued by the National Medical Commission (NMC) for the assessment of Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD) for admission to Postgraduate (PG) medical courses in 2026.

In a notice dated September 29, 2026, NBEMS said it has adopted the guidelines that NMC notified on September 16, 2026. The notice is addressed to NBEMS stakeholders, including NBEMS-accredited institutions and aspiring NBEMS trainees.
