The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) will soon release the NEET PG 2025 answer key and response sheets on its official website – natboard.edu.in.
This update comes after the Hon’ble Supreme Court, in its order dated April 29, 2025 (SLP No. 9298 of 2018), directed NBEMS to publish the raw scores, answer keys, and normalisation formula for better transparency in the multi-shift NEET PG examination.
What Will Be Released?
NBEMS will publish:
- The correct answer key for all questions.
- The responses marked by each candidate in the exam.
- The score assigned to each question is based on the evaluation scheme outlined in the NEET PG 2025 Information Bulletin.
This means candidates can directly verify their performance and understand how their final score was calculated.

Correction in the “NEET PG 2025 Answer Key and Response Sheets” Dated 21-August-2025:
“Since the sequence of questions asked within a section are shuffled for
different candidates and the order of four distractors of a question are also
shuffled for different candidates appearing in NEET-PG 2025, the question
ID Numbers, correct answer key and responses marked shall be
displayed as per Master set of Question Paper used for NEET-PG
2025.

Release Date and Time
The exact date and time for the publication of the answer key and response sheets has not been confirmed yet. However, as per the official notification, they will be released online shortly.

Why Is This Important?
In NEET PG 2025, the order of questions and answer options was shuffled for every candidate. To ensure clarity, NBEMS will display the Question ID numbers, correct answers, and marked responses about the Master Question Paper. This step ensures a fair evaluation process across all shifts and helps candidates cross-check their answers confidently.
NEET PG 2025 Result Update
The NEET PG 2025 results were declared on August 19, 2025. Candidates can check the result PDF on the official website – natboard.edu.in. The scorecards will be available for download from August 29, 2025.
