New Delhi: The Supreme Court of India is set to hear a crucial petition on the transparency of the NEET PG 2025 examination on September 23, with the matter listed first on the board. The case has gained nationwide attention due to alleged discrepancies in scores and a lack of clarity in the result publication process.
The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) is expected to release the NEET PG 2025 counselling schedule soon on its official website- mcc.nic.in. Once announced, candidates can download the complete counselling timetable online. Meanwhile, several states, including Gujarat, Tamil Nadu, and Kerala, have already commenced their state-level NEET PG counselling rounds.
Earlier, the Supreme Court had directed the National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) to maintain greater transparency by publishing the raw scores, answer key, and details of the normalisation process used to calculate results. However, NBEMS has so far only released the question IDs and answers, falling short of the court’s directives.
