The Supreme Court of India will take up the NEET PG 2025 answer key case on September 26, 2025, as a priority matter. The petition demands greater transparency in the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test for Postgraduate (NEET PG).
The hearing will also address objections against the “corrective notice” issued by the National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS). This notice mentioned question IDs, the official answer key, and responses. However, several NEET PG aspirants criticized the release, calling it ambiguous, opaque, and difficult to verify. Many candidates argued that NBEMS issued the answer key only as a formality, without ensuring clarity or transparency.
