Nagaland NEET PG Seat Allotment 2026 is a question many Nagaland candidates ask, and the honest answer matters before you plan your counselling. Nagaland’s only medical college, Nagaland Institute of Medical Sciences and Research (NIMSR, Kohima), runs MBBS only, so the state has no PG seats and does not hold its own state quota PG seat allotment. Nagaland candidates get their MD, MS and PG Diploma seats through MCC counselling (All India Quota, Deemed and Central universities) and through other states’ counselling rounds where they are eligible. MCC Round 1 registration is open until October 21, 2026, and choice filling closes on October 22. This guide explains how it all works.
