About ACPPGMEC
ACPPGMEC conducts counselling for the 50% state-quota MD/MS/PG Diploma/CPS and MDS seats in Gujarat through medadmgujarat.org. The remaining 50% All India Quota seats in Gujarat’s government colleges are filled separately by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) under DGHS, New Delhi. Candidates qualifying NEET PG 2026 can apply to both, subject to eligibility.

Step-by-Step Registration Process
- Purchase Registration PIN – Buy the PIN from medadmgujarat.org (2025 reference fee: ₹3,000 non-refundable + ₹25,000 refundable security deposit = ₹28,000 total; 2026 fee to be notified).
- Online Registration – Fill in personal, academic, and NEET PG 2026 details using the PIN, upload documents, and download the Registration Slip.
- Book Document Verification Slot – Choose a Help Centre and appointment time while printing the Registration Slip.
- Document Verification – Appear at the Help Centre with originals; this step locks you into the state merit list.
- Choice Filling & Locking – Submit course-and-college preferences (no limit on number of choices).
- Seat Allotment & Reporting – Check round-wise results, pay fees, and report to the allotted college/Help Centre.
