Factors That Affect the Haryana NEET PG Seat Matrix

• NMC renewal/recognition status of individual departments in a college – a course can be temporarily excluded if recognition is under review.
• New colleges or new course approvals added in a given academic year.
• Increase/decrease in intake approved by the NMC for existing departments.
• Conversion of PG Diploma seats to MD/MS degree seats, which is being phased in nationally and may affect Haryana’s diploma seat count in the coming cycles.
• Withdrawal or addition of a private college from state counselling.
