MCC Announces Withdrawal of Seats in Round 3 NEET PG Counselling 2025

Round 3 NEET PG Counselling 2025: The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has issued an urgent notice regarding the withdrawal of seats in the Round 3 seat matrix of NEET PG Counselling 2025. The update follows official communication received from the concerned institute and will be implemented before seat processing for Round 3.

The notice issued on 28 January 2026 states that Autonomous State Medical College in Siddharthnagar Uttar Pradesh has informed MCC about their new postgraduate medical seat allocation. Candidates participating in Round 3 are advised to carefully review the revised seat matrix before exercising their choices.

Seats Withdrawn from Round III Seat Matrix

The college provided information about the following seats which will be withdrawn from the Round III PG seat matrix before the seating distribution begins.

2. M.D. Preventive & Social Medicine / Community Medicine

Category: OBC – 01 seat

Category: UR – 01 seat

The seats will not be accessible for distribution during the Round 3 counselling session.

1. MCC has clarified that all withdrawn seats will be removed before seat processing while any seats approved for addition if applicable have already been updated in the system.
