It has been nearly a month since the National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) declared the NEET PG 2025 results, but counselling is yet to commence. As per the NBEMS notification, the process was expected to begin on or after September 5, 2025, but no official schedule has been released so far.
The Supreme Court recently refused to grant a stay on the counselling process. However, the court directed NBEMS to maintain complete transparency and scheduled the hearing on the answer key matter for next week.
Meanwhile, candidates continue to demand the release of the official answer key, including detailed questions with IDs and correct responses. Thousands of aspirants have raised objections regarding possible discrepancies in marks, making the release of the key crucial for clarity.
The delay in both the counselling process and the answer key has led to rising concerns and speculation among candidates. Some doctors and aspirants have even taken to social media, questioning the lack of updates from NBEMS.
