The Jharkhand Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board has announced the Provisional State Merit List for NEET PG 2025 to the state quota in postgraduate medical degree/diploma seats in Medical Colleges of Jharkhand for the academic session 2025-26 on November 7, 2025.
This contains a list of 268 candidates, shortlisted according to their scores in NEET PG 2025, along with relevant state reservation policies. Information such as candidate name, category, gender, domicile status, service incentive, EWS/PTG/PWD status, NEET PG All India Rank, and total score with applicable incentives are included.

Aastha Kumari secured first rank in the state merit list of Jharkhand by securing a total of 632, followed by Rakshit Kumar Bhagat with 628 and Soumya Bharti with 626. The document also mentions candidates availing of service incentives up to 30%, in-service preferences, and remarks regarding missing non-creamy layer certificates for certain applicants.
Candidates from the following categories are represented in accordance with state reservation norms: BC-I, BC-II, SC, ST, and EWS categories. This will be the base for Round 1 of online counselling, through which the eligible candidates will gain entry into state government and private medical colleges in Jharkhand.

The applicants have been instructed to carefully verify the details and submit pending category or certificate documents during counselling. The merit list is out on the official website of JCECEB, jceceb.jharkhand.gov.in, which will be followed by the publication of first-round seat allotment results in due course.
