New Delhi: The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has released an important notice announcing the revision of the Round-1 seat matrix for NEET PG Counselling 2025. The update comes after the removal of DNB seats and the addition of newly sanctioned PG seats by the National Medical Commission (NMC) in various Deemed Universities.
According to the notice, 239 new PG seats in Deemed Universities have been added to the Round-1 seat matrix. Additionally, 235 DNB seats (including 186 Government DNB seats and 49 Private DNB seats) have been withdrawn based on information from the National Board of Examinations (NBE), which has recast the roster for government institutes offering DNB courses.
However, MCC clarified that the roster for All India Quota (AIQ) MD/MS seats remains unchanged. Any additional MD/MS seats approved by NMC for government and deemed institutions will be included during Round-2 of counselling.

MCC has advised candidates to re-check their choices and re-fill preferences to include the newly added seats and remove withdrawn ones. Candidates who have already filled choices can modify and submit fresh preferences within the revised timeline.

- Select PG Medical Counselling
- Click Candidate Login
- Enter Roll No., Password & Captcha
- Go to Choice Filling
- Select your preferred colleges & courses
- Arrange choices in priority order
- Click Save after every change
- Finally Lock Choices
- Download the Locked Choice Slip
