Odisha NEET PG Counselling Rounds and Seat Quota
Admissions are made online through DMET, not at the college:

- State quota: 50% of government college PG seats are filled by DMET Odisha. The other 50% go to All India Quota counselling by MCC.

Steps After Odisha NEET PG Seat Allotment
Allotment is provisional until you complete these steps within the deadline printed on your allotment letter.
Confirm the allotment
Check the college, course, and quota, then download and print the allotment letter.
Report to the allotted college
Visit the college or the convenor within the stated time for document verification. Carry originals and photocopies.
Pay the admission fee
Pay the fee to confirm the seat. The amount depends on the institution, so use the fee notified for your college. Any security deposit already paid is handled as per DMET’s rules.
Join and attend orientation
Confirm the class start date and join on the day notified.
Seat surrender, upgrade and exit
Before you report, read the round-wise rules on upgrading to a better choice, surrendering a seat, and exiting counselling. Earlier cycles released an upgradation result against seats left vacant by candidates who did not report, and some choices can cost you the security deposit or bar you from later rounds.
