The Jammu & Kashmir NEET PG seat allotment is the process in which the J&K Board of Professional Entrance Examinations (JKBOPEE) allots state quota MD, MS and PG Diploma seats to NEET PG-qualified candidates. Quota and Reservation in J&K NEET PG Counselling

• 50% All India Quota (AIQ): Government college seats filled by MCC on mcc.nic.in.
• State quota (Open Merit and reserved categories): Filled by JKBOPEE on NEET PG rank, with reservation applied as per the J&K UT reservation rules in the bulletin.
• Management and NRI seats: Filled by JKBOPEE in private institutions.
• Hindu Minority Quota (HMQ): In 2024, seats under HMQ and NRI in ASCOMS Jammu were filled through physical counselling in the second round. Check the 2026 notice for the process.
• Domicile: State quota seats require J&K domicile or eligibility as per the JKBOPEE notification.

Paying the Admission Fee:

Pay the admission fee to confirm admission. The fee varies from institution to institution.

Reporting for Classes:

Confirm the start date for classes and any orientation programme. Attend the college on the designated date and begin the postgraduate programme.

• Address Problems: If you face any issue with the allotment or admission process, contact the JKBOPEE helpdesk or the college administration.

Representation, Reporting and Resignation Rules

• Representation: After each provisional selection list, JKBOPEE gives a short window (usually until 4 PM the next day) to raise an objection with documentary proof by email.
• Reporting: Report within the notified dates. In 2024, JKBOPEE stated that candidates who fail to join the allotted seat on time are not eligible for the next round of upgradation and allotment.
