NEET PG Seat Allotment 2026: The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) releases the NEET PG seat allotment results for the 50% All India Quota (AIQ), deemed, central, ESIC and AFMS seats. NBEMS conducts the exam and MCC runs the allotment on behalf of the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS). Allotment is online and is based on NEET PG rank, category, the choices you fill and the seats available. State authorities allot the remaining 50% state quota seats on their own portals.

NEET PG Seat Allotment Process 2026

Allotment moves from registration to reporting in a fixed sequence:

• Register on mcc.nic.in and pay the registration fee and security deposit.
• Fill and lock your college and course choices before the deadline.
• MCC processes allotment through software using rank, category and choices.
• A provisional result is published, and you can report discrepancies.
• The final result is published, and you download the allotment letter.
